How come AtHome keeps turning off one of my devices? I reset it and shortly after I go on to check it and it's offline. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This must be a power saving feature or issue that needs to be configured on the software or on the device. Most of the devices released nowadays feature power saving to save energy consumption and reduce energy bills.

Need help with the Title error. Download succeeds and installation starts but quickly ends with this error message.
Have retried many time with no change.

Install this software requires administrator privileges or may be it is blocked by antivirus software.The athome video streamer needs to operate the computer hardware camera, if the computer security level is high, the streamer will be used as a virus. You can rest assured that the installation package which is downloaded from our website will not carry the virus. If you have any further questions,please contact us via [email protected].
I'm having trouble with the app running in the background. I forgot my CID and the Hotkeys.

If you forgot your CID, simply delete the application from your device and then install it again. The Connection ID will be generated the first time the software will be used then you can add a camera based on the new Connection ID (CID).
